Long-time readers of Thunderstruck may remember Blue, our beloved dog who left us three years ago. Well, we've finally gotten another dog in our lives. Here she is:

This is Luna Lovegood (for all you Harry Potter fans out there, that shouldn't be too hard a name to place). She's a year old Aussie we adoped from Colorado Aussie Rescue. She is extremely sweet and very smart, and we are already head over heels. Only one of our three cats thought she was the Antichrist, and he's come around to believing she's just mildly radioactive, so I think we're on the road to acceptance on that front.
