So the first Thunderstruck contest is now officially over. Thank you to all the fans who sent in their entries. There's some funny stuff in there, and I'm looking forward to the voting.

Aaaah... the voting. That's the next part. This is a bit of a new thing for me, since I've never set up a voting script, though I think I have a suitable reference for it, plus a back-up plan if my first attempt doesn't work. Anyway, I am planning to tackle that chore over the weekend. So I hope to have the contest voting up by Monday, June 18. That's an estimate, not a promise.

Meanwhile... I suspect that if you had a contest entry that you didn't send quite on time, and you were still hoping to slip it in before the actual voting starts, I would not be so churlish as to reject it.
