Alas! Though it was an amazing run, the plucky and debonair Colorado Rockies have now been vanquished by the bulging, hairy juggernaut that is the Boston Red Sox. A sad day in the Mile High area, but we are proud of our acrobatic and courageous baseball warriors, who overcame incredible odds to get as far as they did. Well done, gentlemen. Well done.

I don't know what they're putting in the chowder up there in the New England area, but at least in football and baseball, they've served up some monsters this year.
